Mumbai, July 19 : Justice Mukul Mudgal's "sealed envelope" finds no mention in the Supreme Court judgement delivered by Chief Justice of India (CJI) T. S. Thakur and Fakkir Mohamed Ibrahim Kalifulla.

In its over 140-page report, no where has the mention of 13-named in Mudgal panel's original report.
"No, it is not mentioned (in the judgement copy) but I am OK with it", Mudgal, speaking exclusively over his mobile from Delhi, said on Tuesday.
Mukul Mudgal Committee comprising L. Nageshwar Rao and Nilay Dutta as other members had enlisted 13 'eminent names in cricket' linked to IPL fixing fiasco.
"It was up to the Court to decide whether these names be made public and if the contents of the "sealed envelope" are not made public, the decision can not be overruled", he said.
"That IPL probe report chapter is closed. Now the concentration is fully on reformation of the BCCI", another source envy to the "sealed envelope" and the recent development said.
Lodha Panel has found harsh words on IPL,whose chairman is Rajeev Shukla.
"The Committee takes the view that BCCI finds it difficult to control and manage the IPL and its most successful venture threatens its existence in its present form. There seems to be no collective interest in the game being promoted and cricket stands without a custodian for its protection and propagation in its most passionately followed nation", it is said in the judgement.
Players Association
In the meantime, one of the recommendations, which got the Supreme Court nod to form the Players Association was welcomed by the FICA (Federation of International Cricketers' Association).
"FICA and the other players associations around the world welcome the findings of the Indian Supreme Court relating to a players association for the Indian players", Tony Irish, the FICA chief speaking from South Africa, said.
"The establishment of such a formation will be a positive thing not only for the Indian players but also for the game as a whole in India", he added.
