The two-day final of the PCB/Pepsi Inter-Region School Cricket Championship 2006 was played between Government Muslim Model High School, Lahore and Government High School Nanakpura, Peshawar on 23rd and 24th November, 2006. Government Muslim Model High School, Lahore won the match by 193 runs. 
The Chief Guest, PCB Director Cricket Operations Mr Salim Altaf, distributed trophies and prizes among the teams and players. 
PCB/Pepsi Inter-Region School Cricket ChampionshipIrfan Zaman of Government Muslim Model High School was Man of the Match in the final and received a cash award of Rs10,000/-. A trophy and cash prize of Rs140,000/- was given to Hafiz Saad Naseem, the Captain of the winning team Government Muslim Model High School, Lahore. Jibran Khan, the Captain of the runners-up, Government High School Nanakpura, Peshawar, was also awarded a trophy and a cash prize of Rs70,000/-. Cash prizes of Rs10,000/- each were also given to the coaches of both the finalist teams.
 
PCB/Pepsi Combined School XI TournamentA trophy and cash prize of Rs140,000/- were also awarded to Waseem Akhtar, Captain of Rawalpindi Region, the Combined School XI Tournament Champions. Waseem was also Man-of-the-Match in the Combined School XI Tournament final and received an additional award of Rs10,000/-. A trophy and cash prize of Rs70,000/- was given to Irfan Tariq, Captain of the Multan Region Team, runners-up in the Combined School XI Tournament.
