Source has Mr Bradshaw's team batting first and notes that "Presuming too that the score is drawn up correctly it will be observed that not a single catch was made except one by the bowler. If so, the event is almost if not quite unique. In the sporting papers Mr. Fowler's side went in a second time as shown. It is presumed however that this portion of the match was merely played to fill up some time left and to promote further laughter."
