This match was drawn after Dorset followed on 258 runs behind on first innings.
The game between the two sides at Poole earlier in the month had also been won by Devon.
For the winners, Copleston scored 85 with 12 fours, Brunskill 57 with 3 fours, and Spring also 57 with 1 five and 5 fours.
In the Devon innings Spring and Copleston added 121 runs for the seventh wicket.
Light took 9 wickets in the match for 111 runs, including 7 for 32 in the Dorset first innings.
For Dorset, Budge scored 115 with 1 five, 10 fours, 9 threes and 13 twos.
