Rain prevented play on the first day for half an hour after the fall of the first Cambridgeshire wicket and there was no cricket after 4.30 pm.
Heavy overnight rain continued into the second day and the game was abandoned at 4 pm, with no further play having been undertaken.
In the Cornwall innings, W S Tresawna and Blackwell added 52 for the seventh wicket.
In the Cambridgeshire innings, Trevarthen three wickets in four balls, the victims being Hobbs, Gilbert and Watts.
The match between the two sides at Cambridge at the start of the week had also been drawn.
