Major Rodney David had a successful military career, during which he played three times for Glamorgan in the 1920`s. The right-handed batsman made his debut against Leveson-Gower`s XI in 1925, and then re-appeared twice in 1929.

 

He played his club cricket for Margam, and had been in the Wellington XI between 1923 and 1925.
