DateLine: 8th November 2009
West Indies women won the match by one wicket and with it pocketed the three match one-day series. Chasing 177 for victory and for a series win West Indies were reduced to 66 for 6 thus giving England women an outside chance of victory. But their attempt was thwarted when Deandra Dottin and Stacy-Ann King put on 87 for the seventh wicket to take the hosts home.

England, after opting to bat, were off to a poor start as they slipped to 66 for 4. The top order simply gave way to some accurate and hostile bowling from the West Indian women as the wickets continued to tumble. Greenway tried to put the innings back on track as she held the innings together to avoid a complete collapse. But unfortunately for her and the team none of the other batswomen displayed any sort of application.
The hosts' chase got off to a disastrous start as Brunt and Guha reduced West Indies to 2 for 2 before Colvin removed Aguilleira and Shanel Daley to make it 57 for 4. The chase continued to flounder when a steady Taylor and Nation got dismissed and the scoreboard showing 66 for 6 in 22.4 over.
King was joined by Dottin and the two batted sensibly to keep the scoreboard moving. Colvin returned to dismiss King for 40 and the match seemed to have swung in England's favour. Shemaine Campbelle and Dottin in quick succession and the patch was evenly poised at 169 for 9 in 43.2 overs. The last pair, Anisa Mohammed and Selman, remarkably kept their nerve to seal a one wicket win and with it seal the three match series.LATEST SCORES
