2015 profile
Andrew Salter hit the headlines in 2013 by claiming a wicket with his first ball in Championship cricket for Glamorgan. He achieved the feat at the St. Helens ground in Swansea during the match with Leicestershire, and the off-spinner subsequently impressed many good judges in the Yorkshire Bank40 final against the Notts Outlaws at Lords.

The youngster from Pembrokeshire made his Glamorgan 2nd XI debut in 210 and he has also appeared for Wales Minor Counties and the Cardiff MCCU team, for whom he made his first-class debut in 2012 against Somerset at Taunton.
After graduating from Cardiff Metropolitan University in 2014, Andrew became a regular face in Glamorgans one-day team before spending the winter of 2014/15 by playing grade cricket in Australia.
