Match notes
Grimmond recorded the first double century in all Championships matches, sharing in century wicket partnerships with CJ Haworth and SG Moore. He gave a somewhat difficult chance early in his innings. On the second day off spinner Wrixon broke through the Victoria batting and they never looked a chance of matching the New South Wales total.
