Wiltshire won this return match by 3 wickets at 3.08 pm on the second day. Wiltshire had also won the match played between the two teams in July at Stourbridge. On the first day rain at 2.30 pm delayed the start of the Wiltshire innings until 5.15 pm. For the winners, Smart took 10 wickets in the match for 96 runs. In the Worcestershire second innings the last five wickets fell at the same total of 58. For the visitors, Solly took 9 wickets for 59 runs.
