Glamorgan won by an innings and 41 runs at 2.40 pm on the second day. On the second day, rain stopped play after the unfinished overnight over bowled by Nash was completed, but resumed again shortly before noon. Rain again stopped play after the fall of the second wicket and an early lunch was taken. For the winners, Creber took 11 wickets in the match for 62 runs. There were 1 six and 3 fours in W J Bancroft's 51. For the losers, Diver top-scored with 35 runs. Raikes was absent "with boils".
