For the winners Jennings's innings of 173 lasted for 2 hours and 31 minutes and contained 29 fours whilst Troughton's innings of 134 lasted for 3½ hours and contained 19 fours. Troughton and Jennings added 280 runs for the third wicket. For the losers W S Tresawna's 67 contained 6 fours.
